I only have a name and a photo, no address. Is that enough?

Yes. More information makes it faster, but a name, a photograph or the last place the person was seen is enough to begin, and we will tell you honestly how likely success is before taking the case.

What if the subject is in another province or has left the area?

We work nationwide, with team members and consultants in every region. If there are signs the subject has left the country, we check travel records and explain what can lawfully be done next.

What if you cannot find them — do I still pay in full?

Scope, duration and the cost terms for every outcome are set out in the contract from the start, and we always explain them until both sides agree before signing.
